A search that sends you junk is fixed from the junk itself. Open the listing you didn’t want, and the app takes you to the search that found it with that listing’s words already on screen.

Tap the words you don’t want
The chips are the words from the listing’s title. Tap one and it goes into Exclude Keywords — from then on, a listing whose title contains that word never reaches you.

Premium brands only — Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele and the like. Complete, working units. Nothing builder-grade, nothing needing repair.

Two things you will notice as you tap:
- Your own search words can’t be tapped.
GasandRangetopare the search term. Excluding them would switch the search off, so the app does not let you. - A word can only be on one side. Once a word is excluded, the Must Include toggle can’t take it, and the other way round.
The field fills in as you tap, and you can type into it directly — the words are
comma-separated, so each one is a single word. parts works. parts only does
not.
frigidaire is not the word to exclude, though. Pick the word that made the
listing wrong, not the brand of the thing you don’t like. Here that word is
parts — it keeps every parts unit out, whoever made it. Excluding
frigidaire only keeps out one brand’s parts units, and it also keeps out a
working Frigidaire at a price worth flipping.
Must Include: when only some brands are worth your time
Switch the toggle to Must Include and tap words there instead. A listing then has to contain at least one of those words to reach you.
It is a hard filter on the title, so use it where the brand is the whole decision, and see the caution in the first-search tutorial before you turn it on.

That is the same form you filled in when you created the search. Going back to it is how you fix the other reason a search gets noisy — a price floor that lets in every cheap listing in the county.
